As we turn the calendar to a new decade, I'm making a promise to myself to spend just 20 minutes a day on me with a journal, notebook, or planner.
I'm keeping this goal wide open. Some days I'll focus on the things I'm grateful for, some days I'll spend the time planning the important events of my upcoming week, other days I'll zoom in to really look at my long-term goals and the things I'm doing (or not doing) that will get me closer to them.
Some ways you can spend 20 minutes on you in 2020 include:
- a gratitude journal
- planning (and checking off!) your to-do list
- budgeting journal
- goal-setting journal
- mood journal
- healthy habits journal
- exercise and wellness tracker
- wedding or pregnancy journal
- vision board
- religious or spirituality journal
- medical journal
- moments to remember
- travel journal
I have a collection of new Erin Condren planners and notebooks ready to go for the new year! Subscribe to my blog to stay up-to-date on all my posts because I often give away gift cards to spend on Erin Condren goodies!
2020 Erin Condren Life Planner
The new Life Planner is out and as beautiful as ever!
There are so many ways to make this planner your own! From three different layout options, a colorful or neutral theme, a huge number of cover options, and three coil colors to choose from, there is something for everyone!
This is my fifth Erin Condren Life Planner. The quality impresses me year after year, so I keep coming back!
A couple of the things I'm doing in my Life Planner for the 20 in 2020 Challenge are to track what I'm reading, my "no-spend" days, and other monthly goals on the month overview page. I've set mine up like this:
If you have a suggestion for that little box on the right side I'd love to hear it! I'm still at a loss for what to include there!
I am tracking my personal thoughts on the books I read using this key:
I am also spending more time on reflection and gratitude. I have always loved this Year in Pixels idea and have replicated it in my new Life Planner:
